[DISCLAIMER : I do not know the lore (for any typos, I'm sorry I am not English)]
Here is (maybe) a bad Oath idea :
Name : "Veins"
Requirements :
Have 50 in Fortitude
Have Enemy or lower reputation with Divers
Enter Layer 2 without any Light Hook
Go to Chaser and start the fight
Survive 5 minutes without breacking any Jars/damaging Chaser.
After those 5 minutes, Chaser will say : "I won't stop attacking you, even if you don't attack me ! I thought you could pull up a fight, but it seems I was wrong.", after which all his attacks become bigger (Triple Blood Wave will just have a fourth wave), are casted faster and deal more damage.
After surviving 2 more minutes, Chaser will drop to the floor, and the following dialogue will be given :
-Chaser : I can see your determination in your eyes... Do you have the same plans as me ?
-Player : What are they ?
-Chaser : I don't know if I can trust you... But I may change my mind, if you make me continue to live...
-Player : How could I ?
-Chaser : By accepting my Oath. By making me live through you. You will become my Veins, I will become your Heart.
-Player : 1. What ? Why would I ? I don't want to be anything close to you.
-Chaser : Ah, I see you don't have the same plans as I have... (See
the end)
2. I accept. Become my heart, I will become your Veins.
-Chaser : Great ! Now, avenge me. Kill the powerful ones up there. You will understand more about my power.
[A blood tendril takes hold of his body and slams him to the ground, creating the hole which allows you to go to Layer 2]
Effects :
Your heart is now surrounded by the same particle of Blood as Chaser.

Progression :
To progress the Oath, you need to kill Klaris and Akira, and then Chaser in the Deluvian Mechanism (See below)
Bosses :
-Klaris :
She would wait at the front of Castle Light. When approching her, she would say : "I see you are as corrupted as him. I can't let you live, so you are going down with me !". She throws you off the cliff into the void and puts you in Layer 2 Floor 1. When arriving there, she would say : "Here, you can't run.", then she would start the fight. She would have 15,000 HPs. She would have the attacks of Dawnwalkers and 2 new attacks :
-Neutron Activation : Klaris explodes in a giant burst of light dealing heavy damage but having a long windup (~ 3 sec). Can only be dodged. If you get hit, your Ether regen is halved for 5 seconds.
-Light Within : Klaris summons on you a pillar of light five times during ten seconds. Can only be dodged.
When Klaris has less than 500 HPs, she will say : "I will kill you, no matter what ! This whole place will be destroyed, and you with it !"
Then you gave 10 minutes to get out (with the Ignition Union's Deepdriller) while spikes fall around you every seconds. After getting out, you will receive the Mantra and Talent you should get. Klaris will not respawn, so you will only be able to do Layer 2 without Light Hook.
-Akira :
He would be where he is normally, but his event wouldn't start. Instead, he will put you on Tier 3 Insanity and fight you. He would use his katana and some Frostdraw Mantras and Talents (Ice Beam, Ice Spikes, Ice Blade, Ice Cubes, Frostbite, Orbital Ice). He would have (15,000 x number of people fighting him) Hps. In addition to his Mantras and Talents, every 15 seconds, he would deal (20 x number of people fighting him) unavoidable damage, but he would each time take (400 x number of people fighting him) damage. After getting out, you will receive the Mantra and Talent you should get.
-Chaser :
When going to the Diluvian Mechanism, if you killed the two previous Bosses, a new option will pop-up :
"You see a blood stain on the Mechanism"
Clean the blood stain --> Normal Diluvian Mechanism
Don't clean the blood stain --> Fight against Chaser
If you didn't clean the blood stain, you will still be teleported in the dungeon. When activating the Mechanism, Chaser will jump right through it, leaving a hole under him, and will say :"I see you continued my will, but are you strong enough to get all of my powers ? Let's see !" and the fight would begin. Every of its attacks will be upgraded in the following ways :
Triple Blood Appendage : Instead of three, six appendages will be shot out, making it impossible to block.
Powerful Blood Appendage : If you get flung, the normal Burning Blood Explosion will be used instantly after hitting the ground.
Burning Blood Explosion : Will have a longer wind-up, but will hit three times, all dealing the same damage as normal.
Triple Blood Wave : Five waves of blood mist will spread out, each going faster than normal.
After 5 minutes of surviving, Chaser would pick up the Mechanism and turn it himself, starting the waves. You would need to finish the 5 first waves for him to drop to the ground, next to the hole he created. He would say : "So... you are strong, huh ? I see I caught a good one, here... Then, continue, my Veins, to make me live through you...". Then Chaser would be latched onto by a blood appendage, draging him back into the hole, giving you the last Mantra and Talent.
Mantras and Talents :
You would get the first Talent when getting the Oath, and then 1 Mantra and 1 Talent per Boss beaten :
-Talent : Red Tempo : Your Blood will regenerate faster depending on the Tempo (formula : ((Tempo / 10) x 0.3 + 0.1) x Normal Blood Regen Rate)
-Mantra : Burning Blood Explosion : Same as Chaser's, but will need Blood and Ether to use it. CD 15s
-Talent : Regenerative Blood : When having more than 50% of Blood and less than 50% of Health, use your Blood to regenerate your Health (1% of Blood = 1% of Health)
-Mantra : Powerful Blood Appendage : Same as Chaser's, but will need Blood and Ether to use it (you will not be in the air when using it). CD 15s
-Talent : Bloody Song : When you don't have anymore Ether and have above 25% Blood, use your Blood as Ether instead.
-Mantra : Body Slam : Same as Chaser's, but will use Blood and Ether to use it. Each time you get slamed, you lose 40 HPs, but your enemy loses 80 HPs, is flung away a little bit and is dazed. You can stop it yourself, and you can use it a maximum of 5 times before it goes on cooldown. CD 30s
-Talent : Connective Veins : When any attack hits your opponent (Mantras and M1s), get 5% of the damage dealt as Blood. If you have 100% Blood, heal 3% of the damage dealt instead (stacks with Vampirism).

Mantra Modifiers :
Burning Blood Explosion :
Magnet Spark : Explodes after 3 seconds while following the target.
Tornado Spark : 4 Flames turn around a fixed point, which is the place the Mantra as been used (stops after 1 rotation).
Spring Spark : The explosion is now under the user, launching him upwards while still dealing damages to enemies.
Multiplying Spark : Instead of exploding once, explodes 3 times during 6 seconds.
Magnet + Tornado Spark : The 4 Flames now turn around the user in a smaller area.
Multiplying Spark + Tornado Spark : Instead of 4 Flames, 8 Flames are now turning around the fixed point.
Body Slam :
Reversal Spark : The target is now being slammed by the appendages to the ground. Can be dodged when appendages appear, then can only be Vented out. Deals 40 damage instead of 80 and no AoE damage, but the user only loses the Blood and Ether he needs to use the Mantra.
Oathbreak :
"Your heart feels empty. Your Blood returns to normal."
Card :
So, I may have gotten a bit overboard, by making new Bosses, the new Dialogues and a bit to many things with the Sparks, but please tell me what is wrong in the Oath and the idea.
